Advantages
1 PoP Bandage be made of high-quality and white natural gypsum mineral materials.
2 The weight per unit area of the bandage shall not be less than 360 grams per square meter.
3 The supporting gauze of the bandage weighs no less than 25 grams per square meter.
4 Warp and weft density of supporting gauze, weft yarn: no less than 18 per square inch of 40 yarns, warp yarn: no less than 25 per square inch of 40 yarns.
5 The immersion time of the bandage, the bandage should completely absorb water for no more than 15 seconds.
6 The bandage should have good plasticity, and there should be no uneven lumps and coarse powder falling.
7 The curing time of the bandage is not less than 2 minutes and not more than 15 minutes, and there should be no softening phenomenon after curing.
8 After the bandage is cured, its calorific value should be ≤42℃.
9 After the bandage is cured, the surface is basically dry in 2 hours, and it is not easy to fall off.

Instructions for use:

1 Immersion: Use warm water at 25°C-30°C. Hold the inner core at one end with your fingers, and gently submerge the medical plaster of paris bandage obliquely in the water for 5-10 seconds until the bubbles disappear.
2 Squeeze dry: Take the medical plaster of paris bandage out of the water and transfer it to another vessel. Use both hands to gently squeeze from both ends to the center to remove excess water. Do not twist or squeeze the bandage too much to avoid excessive loss of cast.
3 Shaping: The bandage dipped to remove excess water should be used immediately to prevent the plaster from condensing and losing its plasticity. Bandaging generally adopts the method of wrapping and covering, do not over-tighten the bandage. Wrap 6-8 layers for general parts and 8-10 layers for stressed parts.
4 Leveling: Leveling is performed while bandaging, to remove air bubbles in the bandage, make the adhesion between the layers even, and modify the appearance to achieve a smooth appearance. Don't touch it when the plaster starts to set.
Package&Specifications
Each roll of bandage is separately packed in a waterproof bag. There is a ziplock bag for every 6 rolls or 12 rolls, and the outer packaging is a sturdy cardboard box, which can be kept in the best storage condition.
